BLAM Mosquito Bait for Mosquito Magnet* combines the power of 2 attractants:

  • R-Octenol: This attractant attracts common mosquitoes. R-Octenol has a pleasant mushroom smell.
  • Lactic acid: this is the attractant contained in Atrakta* (formerly Lurex3*). BLAM has added this attractant directly to the capsule in order to use only one capsule instead of 2.

Identical in shape to the old R-Octenol capsules, this BLAM attractant is used to replace 2 different capsules.

Mosquito Magnet Trap Attractant Instructions for Use*

  • Take BLAM Mosquito Bait for Mosquito Magnet out of the protective bag and remove the foil that protects the attractant refill.
  • Locate the tube under the trap.
  • Turn the cap 1/8 turn counterclockwise
  • Insert the BLAM bait directly into the Mosquito Magnet* mosquito trap
  • Align the tube cap and turn it clockwise until you hear a click.
  • Replace the top-up every 45 days.
