From the beginning of April 2026 we no longer deliver outside the European Union: Liechtenstein, Martinique, Norway, Reunion, United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland and the French Overseas Departments and Territories.
Delivery Options
For all countries except the last group we offer 2 delivery options:
- Pick-up points: these are local shops where you can have your parcel delivered and picked up during the store’s opening hours. When ordering, choose a pick-up point near you.
- At home: delivery directly to home
Shipping costs
Here are the delivery costs on 19/2/22026 (price including VAT):
- Free delivery to a relay point from an order amount indicated in the right-hand column.
- Delivery is at a fixed price: the same price whatever the weight.
- Corsica +3€ excl. tax pick-up relay, +25.60€ excl. tax at home
- FR: difficult to access areas +3€ excl. tax in relay and +5€ excl. tax at home. Free in relay from 50€
- CZ, DE, DK, ES, FI, HU, IT, NL, PL, PT, RO, SE: zones d’accès difficile selon le code postal: +9€ HT domicile et relais pickup. Gratuité à partir de 70€ d’achats (contre 50€ pour le reste du pays)
- GR: Pas de point relais.
- Monaco: tarifs France “zone accès difficile”. Gratuit en relais à partir de 70€.
- Malta: special pricing by weight.
- CH, GB, LI and NO, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, French Guiana: no more deliveries since April 2026
