• 61 PROFESSIONAL CONNECTORS: 3mm thick galvanized steel for 3V 5/8 frequency geodesic dome. High resistance to rain. This kit contains only the connectors.
• INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND PERSONAL SUPPORT: you will have access to all the assembly steps and my stand to guide you during the assembly.
• FLEXIBLE SIZE: the length of your joists will determine the size of your geodesic dome
• FAIRLY EASY ASSEMBLY: with 2 people it takes about 1 day for cutting, marking and drilling and 1 day for the assembly of the 3V dome
• Other material required for assembly (not supplied): 165 wooden uprights / joists / rafters (just 3 dimensions), 330 bolts. Saw, drill, hammer, wrench, ladder or stepladder.

Note: in the literature on domes we talk about the 5/8 cutting is exactly the same as 5/9 or 7/12. It just means a little more than a half-sphere. The 5/8 model is 1 story longer than the 3/8 model.

In addition to the connectors you will need:
165 wooden uprights / joists / rafters. You will have access to my calculator to determine the length of the amounts. There are only 3 different lengths.
The length of the uprights will determine the diameter and height of the dome.
330 bolts 1 or 2 cm longer than the height of the studs.

2 PEOPLE NEEDED FOR ASSEMBLY
Note that it really takes 2 people to mount a 3V geodesic dome (our connectors for 1V and 2V domes can be mounted alone) as some steps require supporting the lower floor.

Also note that a 3V dome disassembly without support of the lower floors will bend the connectors which will then no longer be usable. Disassembly without damaging the connectors is therefore reserved for experienced people.
